Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items as per our exchange policy.

What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges if the product you received is:

  • Defective
  • Rusted
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

How long do I have to request an exchange?
You can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours will not be considered.

How do I make a claim?
To make an exchange claim, please send a clear picture or proof of the defective or incorrect product. Once your claim is verified, we will guide you through the exchange process.

  • Domestic Shipping: Rs. 200
  • Free Delivery: On orders over Rs. 3000.
